Visitor Rules
The forest doesn’t care if you’re scared. These rules keep you alive — and keep the experience real for everyone else.
Rule 01
No one may be carried in the woods, especially infants.
Rule 02
No one under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Rule 03
No running — the terrain is rough. Flip-flops are not recommended. This is a wooded attraction.
Rule 04
No smoking — fires could start easily.
Rule 05
No weapons, alcohol, or drugs permitted.
Rule 06
Attractions are not recommended for anyone with physical limitations — such as heart problems, asthma, or pregnancy.
Rule 07
Please do not touch our props or actors. The actors will not touch you.
Rule 08
Do not leave the path — it could be very dangerous. If you must leave the attraction because of injury, please go to an actor and get their help.
Rule 09
No flashlights, taking videos, or taking photos of the attraction.
Acknowledge Before Entry
- There will be NO refunds for any reason.
- Dead Land Haunted Woods could be dangerous to any living person.
- You enter into these woods at your own risk. Anyone breaking these rules will be asked to leave — and if need be, escorted out.
- Waiver acknowledged with ticket purchase.
